If a player gets sent off in a match we recommend that you write to the registrar to explain your side of the events as depending on the referee's report you may get more than a one match ban.

If a player gets sent off in a FAI or MFA match and your team wins then that player is automatically banned for the next match in that competition. If your team loses, players are automatically banned from the next domestic fixture.

If a player gets sent off in a domestic Clare Cup, League Cup or League match he is automatically banned for the next domestic Clare Cup or League Cup or League match (whichever game takes place first).
