Clare District Soccer League News
From the start of the 2008/2009 season under Rule 38 of the Clare District Soccer League the third division will be replaced by a new Reserve League for all B teams.
Note: Rules for this Reserve League will be published before the next AGM.
From the start of the 2010/2011 season the Clare District Soccer League will be introducing a licensing system for entry into the Premier Division of the Clare League.
Note: Details will be published before the AGM.
The next Delegate meeting of the Clare District Soccer League will take place on Monday 3rd March at 9PM in the West County Hotel. This meeting will include the draws for the next round of the Youths & Junior Cups.
The first round of the U17 Cup will take place on 17th March.
If any club has still not paid the €100 levy agreed at the AGM your matches will be awarded this weekend (23rd/24th Feb 08) and every weekend until levy has been paid.
Rule Clarification:
If a player gets sent off in a FAI or Munster match and your team wins then that player is automatically banned for the next match in that competition. If your team loses, players are automatically banned from the next domestic fixture.
If a player gets sent off in a domestic Clare Cup or League match he is automatically banned for the next domestic Clare Cup or League match (whichever game takes place first). Any queries contact any member of the League committee.
