.Defending players step inside area - penalty.
.Attacking players step inside area - free kick at point on the arc he stepped into defending team’s area, to be taken by goalkeeper. (The arc is a 6 metre radius from the centre of the goal line).
.All free kicks direct, opposition must be 5 yards away; same distance with side-line kicks and corners.
.Back pass to goalkeeper - same as normal 11-a-side rules. Goalkeeper only allowed to keep ball in hand for 6 seconds; also only 6 seconds with ball at goalkeeper’s feet, as attacker is not allowed in area.
.Goalkeeper touches ball with hand from back pass, or keeps ball under his control for more than 6 seconds - penalty.
.Knock-out stages: if teams are level- penalty shoot-out; sudden death; normal rota for kicks. A sub may take a penalty.
