News:
Bunratty FC are delighted to have Donal Magee back at the club who was the last manager to win a trophy for the club in 2004 when they completed the Double. He has brought in some exciting signings, including Ryan Kelly, Deaglan "Cheeky" McDonald, Derek Byrne and Gary McGettrick from Newtown and also Chris Griffin, an outstanding Youths player last year is back with the club.
Terry Dougan and Steven Carroll are due back from the USA soon after spending the summer there. Donal will be assisted by Steph Russell and Noel Twomey. David Hogan will be taking a break from football until mid-November as he is running the New York Marathon. The clubs B team will be hoping to improve on a disappointing campaign last season and have added some new young players to the squad and have been very impressive in pre-season with some well earned wins.

Frank Mac has taken up a senior coaching position with Shannon RFC and the club wishes him well.
Niall Lawlor retired from the A team after being a constent member since 1993 winning everything that the game in Clare had to offer and was the only member of last years panel to have previosly won the Premier title with Newmarket Celtic. He has indicated that he will play with the B team this year.
