Dear League/ Club,

As FAI County Development Officer for Clare, I would like to invite your League/ Club to participate in a Club Development Process that i would like to implement in County Clare.

This process will include - the Following Steps:

1. Simple Club Football Analysis (Performed by Club ) –  (Volunteers – Playing Numbers – Club Philosophy    - Club Strengths  - Identify areas for Development ( E.G – Coaching – U5  - U9s – Club/School Link – Girls etc)
2. Initial Meeting with FAI CDO –  (FAI Development Programmes, Your  Club  Plan  , Role of CDO – Future Development of Clare Football)  (
3. Development of  Club/FAI  Action Plan
4. Joint Delivery of Action Plan (Who, What, When, Where & How are we going to Do It)?
5. Review Evaluation of Agreed Action Plan .

The Following Dates have been set aside for the hosting of the Step 2: Initial Meetings:

Who ?  -N.B  -  In attendance at Initial Meeting I would like a Cross Section of Your League/ Club (Max 9 people) that includes : Senior and Schoolboys/girls Section Represented –  where possible with the Following Breakdown:
Players (U17  - Youth – Adults)  (2)   Coaches/Managers  - (3)  Commitee -  (2)      ( * All Committee Present in Case of a League Meeting)  Parents:    (2)  

If Your League/ Club is interested in engaging in this process, aimed at supporting and assisting YOUR CLUB in its development then please confirm Date & Suitable Venue at Least Two Weeks in Advance.

Note:  Dates May be Subject to Change due to other FAI Work Duties.
